Welcome to phone2rent.com, operated by THE SOLUTION AI LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you agree to these terms. Individual rental agreements are governed by the specific contract you sign at the time of ordering.

1. The service

phone2rent provides smartphones and related devices on a rental subscription basis. Devices remain our property for the duration of the rental unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to enter into a rental agreement. We may carry out identity and soft credit checks before accepting an order.

3. Payments

Rental fees are billed monthly in advance at the fixed price agreed at checkout. No deposit and no interest are charged. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the rental and a request to return the device.

4. Care of the device

Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. Accidental damage is handled under the damage cover included in your plan. Loss, theft or deliberate damage must be reported to us promptly.

5. Returns and swaps

At the end of your term you may return the device, swap to another model, or continue renting month-to-month. Returned devices must include the accessories originally supplied.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to THE SOLUTION AI LTD. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
